Clear Skin

Weight is undisputedly very difficult to keep tabs on, but what is even more difficult is to keep clear skin. Your face sometimes seems impossible to manage with clear skin seeming unattainable.

You might go to bed with clear skin but you might wake up to find a huge pimple on your nose. This definitely doesn’t seem like a common problem when a pimple breaks out on your clear skin.

Here is some good news there are some very easy ways to deal with your skin problems.
For clear skin wash your face twice a day with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne.
Gently massage your face with circular motions. Scrubbing doesn’t get clear skin.
Over washing and scrubbing can cause clear skin to become irritated and get pimples.
Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring.
Avoid touching your face with your fingers no matter how tempting your clear skin feels.

Remove your makeup before you go to sleep for maintaining your clear skin.

Keep hair clean and out of your face to prevent additional dirt and oil from clogging your pores.
Clear skin needs protection from the sun.
