5 Popular Reasons Why Blogger is Better - Blogger Vs Wordpress

I have seen so many webmasters trying to serious decampaign blogger. Many claim that blogger is hard to personalize and that it will continue being bloggers property. In this case, i would like to talk about a blogger blog using a custom domain and a WordPress self hosted blog.

Well, the fact that even a custom domain on blogger will still be under a blogger dynasty will still scare too many people. I am not saying that it is bad to be self hosted, i am just trying to point out some issues which many people tend to neglect.

Blogger vs WordPress via SEO
Search Engine Optimization is one of the major reason why people stay alive in the competitive blogging world. If your blogging platform is not good for SEO, then it is not worth continuing with it. I have actually come to believe that blogger is better than WordPress via SEO. It is true that WordPress has some SEO areas where it is better than blogger but when all has been summed up, Blogger will remain at the top.

Duplicate Content
WordPress blogs normally produce so many duplicate content. In order to avoid this, a person needs to write a good robot.txt. But it does not take long to realise that many people have killed their blogs with robot.txt. However, blogger does not need all that little expertise of robot files, you blog can still move around duplicate content in blogger, it is not a big problem.

Hacking and Security
WordPress is a target of many hackers, the platform has to keep on releasing new version in order to patch up the security flaws in the earlier versions. It is one reason which makes a blogger custom domain blog far better than a WordPress blog. A person needs to log in into their control panel to check whether there are new versions. Failure to do, will result into saying good bye to your blog. With blogger, you can leave your blog for a years and find it as you left it. In WordPress, if you try to do so, it will be hacked. I have just seen one serious issue at blogger, they were trying to upgrade and but turned into a major error, they had to roll back the upgrade and everything turned normal within hours.

Well, if you want a secure blog, then blogger is the best option

Usability
Operating a blogger blog is one of the easiest things to do, but if you are to use WordPress, your hands have to get dirty if you want to save your blog. There are some thing which you have to do with your themes, tools, permalinks and others. Those are a must things for any one with a WordPress blog. With blogger, if you can run your blog for years without any major changes on it apart from making posts.
When it comes to which platform is easy to use, then we can not argue on this one, blogger is better.

Making money online
Without doubt, blogger is the best platform for those who want to make money online. Blogger is fully customized with Adsense. It is easy to open an Adsense account while on blogger, There is a monetize tab which will help to make your blog monetized quickly. You can also use Amazon on blogger. I am not saying that you can not use Amazon and Adsense on other platform, but it is easier on blogger

Conclusion
Since search engine optimization, security and making money online are some of the best objectives and goals for any blogger. It it turns out that blogger is ahead of WordPress in those areas, i come to a conclusion that Blogger is better than WordPress

FiX Wordpress internal Server Error (500) Trick

Last week, when I entered to all of my WordPress blogs which hosted in same web hosting account, I found that all of my blogs have encountered Internal Server Error 500. I felt panic and don’t have any idea how to solve the problem, then I tried to search some info from Google to see whether I can get help or not.
There are several solutions that other bloggers have provided and guild us how to solve the problem of Internal Server Error, unfortunately none of them can really help me. Most of the posts saying that most probably is due to the corrupted of .htaccess file. They asked to backup the current .htaccess and then create and blank .htaccess file and upload again. Hmmm.. this method can’t work for me!
I guessed there must be something happen on my hosting, if not why all of my blogs having the same error since I didn’t change wordpress themes, upload new plugins, update posts and etc. When the time I login to my cPanel page, I get shocked to see the Cpanel CPU and Memory Usage is full. Yes, this is the problem caused all my blogs cannot be displayed due to the memory allocation to the files.
After that, I tried to contact my hosting technical support, they replied that it may be is due to huge of plugins used on my blogs, and asked me to take down those unusable plugins. What the hell?! I don’t have many plugins on my blogs, all the while my blogs are working fine for many years, of course I can’t accept this reason. Beside that, my technical support also suggest me go to change VPN server to support all my current blogs. I really want to fuck him because I only have few blogs without using high bandwidth, why I need VPN server? Really stupid technical support!!!
I know Internal Sever Error is most likely caused by low memory limit on my server this time, but I have nothing to do how to lower down the memory usage, then I just wait until second day. When the time I wake up from my bed, all my blogs were working fine, the cPanel CPU and memory usage is back to normal. Thanks god!
Anyway, if you found Internal Server Error 500 on your WordPress blog, I advise you to check the CPU and memory usage on your cPanel account first, if the CPU and memory usage is working fine, the most probably you can try to check your .htaccess file or plugins usage on your blog.
